  • 2D Floor Plan: Fully dimensioned layout for framing walls and furniture placement.

  • 3D Renderings: Two (2) photorealistic views to visualize the space.

  • Technical Elevations: Drawings for built-in millwork, dry bars, or bathroom layouts.

  • The Click-to-Buy Shopping List: Flooring, lighting, doors, and bathroom/bar fixtures.

    • Self-Survey (Included): You will instantly receive our "Welcome & Measuring Guide" PDF via email to walk you through taking your own dimensions and photos.

    • Professional Laser Measure (+$450): We dispatch a designer to perform a comprehensive "As-Built" field measure of your space to ensure professional accuracy. Note: Base price includes travel within a 30-mile radius of Phoenixville, PA. Projects beyond 30 miles (PA only) will incur a travel surcharge of $2.00/mile (one-way) invoiced separately.

  • Design Phase: Once measurements are confirmed, we deliver your completed photorealistic design and plans in 3–4 weeks.

SCOPE & SERVICE NOTES:

  • Accuracy: If choosing "Self-Survey," Fresh Start Designs is not responsible for errors in final fitment due to incorrect client dimensions.

  • Plumbing: We design basement bathrooms only if rough-in plumbing already exists in the slab.

  • HVAC: Design assumes keeping existing ductwork; we will design soffits/drop ceilings to conceal them.

  • Revisions: Includes one (1) round of design revisions.

  • What about the low ductwork? Our design assumes keeping existing HVAC runs; we will strategically design soffits and drop ceilings to conceal them while maintaining maximum ceiling height.

  • Does this include a bathroom? We design basement bathrooms only if rough-in plumbing (drain pipes) already exists in the slab.

  • What if I have a very large basement? The base price covers up to 1,000 sq. ft.. If your footprint is larger, we can provide a custom add-on to cover the additional square footage.
